Now let’s track your Hulma order:

  1. Visit the Hulma Order Tracker
  2. Enter your Order ID (sent on your Billing email)
  3. Enter your Billing email (provided when placing your order)

The status of your order should now appear.

It takes 5-7 working days for your purchase to arrive at your shipping address. The duration is counted from the day your purchase is taken by the courier company. An e-mail will be sent to the customer once the orders are shipped & on its way. 

Important:

The customer ensures that the Shipping address provided is correct as it cannot be modified. Hulma cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order.

Returns & Damage Policy

In the rare occassion that you want to return your Hulma purchase, a request for an exchange or return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

By successfully purchasing the good(s), you adhered to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. We cannot accept garments that have incurred any stain or that smells.
  • The item(s) must be returned before Hulma can issue a refund or exchange.

Furthermore, the ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. Any purchase returned after the abovementioned time frame shall be refused. The cost of returning a purchase shall be borne by the consumer unless Hulma is at fault; in that case, the cost is reimbursable.

Important: a purchase is final after 7 days from the time an order is received.

Hulma is not responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.  if your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the courier.
